Returns and Refunds
EU CUSTOMERS
Cost: SINERA covers all return costs.
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition.
Limit: One free return per order.
NON-EU CUSTOMERS:
Returns: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If faulty item: Sinera covers the costs for returning the product.
Duties: Delivery duties apply according to your country's regulations.
REFUNDS
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition.
Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
