RETURNS
- Returns: Drop off your package at any DPD/GLS/DHL package point.
- Cost: SINERA covers all return costs in case.
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition.
- Limit: One free return per order.

REFUNDS
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition.
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
